She was involved in the teaching of dance for deaf and dumb children as well as choreographic creation.<\/p>\n<p>Having practiced Hatha\/vinyasa since 1998, she decided to train in Hatha\/vinyasa yoga teaching methods in 2006. She joined the OM Yoga Center on Broadway Avenue and pursued her yogic study there.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga, tai chi, qi gong, dance, the Feldenkrais method and the analysis of dance movement have been her faithful companions for the past 25 years.<\/p>\n<p>Full of the fusions of these different disciplines and a new dynamism that made her want to devote herself to teaching, she decided to return to Paris in 2009 to continue the perpetual search for the essence of the self in the artistic whole and in spirituality.<\/p>\n<p>She began giving group and private lessons in vinyasa yoga aimed at physical preparation, prevention of dance accidents, as well as for budding, intermediate and advanced yogis.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, in collaboration with other committed practitioners, she set up the Yoga Alliance International certified Balance Zone yoga teacher training course (200h and 500h).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-popup-closer\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Form\u00e9e \u00e0 la danse classique au conservatoire d\u2019Avignon, Laurence Schroeder int\u00e8gre en 1989 l\u2019INSEP danse de Montpellier, puis commence une carri\u00e8re internationale d\u2019artiste chor\u00e9graphique sur les sc\u00e8nes du monde.<br class=\"\" \/>En 2001, de retour \u00e0 Paris, elle est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en chor\u00e9ologie Laban au Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur de Danse et de Musique de Paris, et dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019enseignement de la danse (D.E) au Centre National de Danse de Paris en 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Entre 2003 et 2009, elle r\u00e9side \u00e0 New York afin d\u2019y explorer sa pratique de danse d\u2019improvisation, de danse contact improvisation. Elle s\u2019engage dans l\u2019enseignement de la danse pour enfants sourds et muets ainsi que la cr\u00e9ation chor\u00e9graphique.<br class=\"\" \/>C\u2019est l\u00e0 bas, en 2006, qu\u2019elle d\u00e9cide d\u2019apprendre et de s\u2019approprier les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019enseignement du yoga Hatha\/vinyasa qu\u2019elle pratiquait depuis 1998. Elle rejoint le centre OM yoga sur Broadway Avenue, qui devient son centre d\u2019\u00e9tude yogique.<br class=\"\" \/>Depuis ces derni\u00e8res 25 ann\u00e9es, le yoga, le tai chi, le qi gong, la danse, la m\u00e9thode Feldenkrais et l\u2019analyse du mouvement dans\u00e9 l\u2019ont accompagn\u00e9e fid\u00e8lement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">En 2009, elle d\u00e9cide de rentrer \u00e0 Paris remplie de fusions et d\u2019un nouveau dynamisme qui lui donne envie de se consacrer \u00e0 la transmission, \u00e0 la recherche perp\u00e9tuelle de l\u2019essence de soi dans le tout artistique et la spiritualit\u00e9.<br class=\"\" \/>Elle cr\u00e9e des cours collectifs et priv\u00e9s de yoga vinyasa \u00e0 vis\u00e9e de pr\u00e9paration physique, pr\u00e9vention des accidents du danseur, du yogi en herbe autant qu\u2019interm\u00e9diaire et avanc\u00e9, de leurs d\u00e9ploiements spirituels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">En 2015, elle formalise sa d\u00e9marche en cr\u00e9ant, en collaboration avec des praticiens experts et engag\u00e9s, la formation p\u00e9dagogique option yoga Balance Zone.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-btn-wrapper align_none\"><a class=\"w-btn us-btn-style_4\" href=\"http:\/\/www.balancezone.org\/contact\/\"><span class=\"w-btn-label\">contactez-moi<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Laurence SchroederAccueilPagesENGLISHTrained in classical dance at the Avignon Conservatoire, Laurence Schroeder studied dance at INSEP in Montpellier in 1989 and then began an international career as a choreographic artist.
